    Hello @rose ellen Woodmass

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

Thank you for sharing that information. You mentioned that your account settings do not show the subscription, but you are still being billed monthly and can only see “Microsoft subscription” listed.

To assist you accurately, could you please clarify the following:

    1. Is the subscription associated with a personal Microsoft account (for example, an Outlook.com or Hotmail.com email) or a work/school account provided by your organization?
    2. When you check your subscriptions at account.microsoft.com/services, do you see any reference to Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365?
    3. Do you recall how you originally purchased the subscription? Was it through the Microsoft website, a mobile app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), or via a Microsoft partner/reseller? Did you make the purchase yourself?

This information will help us determine the correct cancellation process for your situation.

Once we confirm these details, we will provide you with the exact steps to stop the billing and cancel the subscription.

In the meantime, please find how to cancel the subscription in this article Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription - Microsoft Support

I look forward to your response.
