Hi Dharmendra Singh,
To locate your Public Customer Number (PCN), I recommend reviewing any documentation or confirmation emails related to your Microsoft Volume Licensing agreement. Each organization with a volume licensing contract is assigned at least one PCN, and in some cases, multiple PCNs may exist if your company has more than one agreement.
If you’re unable to find the PCN in your records, the next step is to reach out to your Microsoft licensing partner or account representative. They can quickly retrieve the correct PCN for you based on your organization’s details. Once you have this number, you’ll be able to complete your registration on the licensing portal without any issues.
Please feel free to update me if you need further guidance. And if this information helps resolve your question, kindly click “Accept Answer” so others can benefit as well 😊.
Jason.
To find your Public Customer Number (PCN), you should check any documentation related to your volume licensing agreement with Microsoft. Every organization with a volume licensing agreement has at least one PCN, and some may have multiple unique PCNs for different agreements. If you cannot locate your PCN in your documents, you may need to contact your Microsoft representative or partner for assistance in retrieving it.
