I tried to login yesterday 8 times, kept screenshots of each login page. I have discovered on a few pages in the fill in section it is inserting one of my old passwords. I would like someone to delete all my passwords and start again.

I have to talk to someone a real person about my sub/membership to Windows. ONE DRIVE - can't sync and missing folders. I am happy to send attachments shorts. The Microsoft Authenticator does not work. I have filled in all their forms and have had no response. requested a call from Microsoft 6 times and rung their computer help which was useless, the computer picked up my first 4 words and answered with the wrong message. How do you get to talk to a tech?

First... Agents can't help with some account problems.

But, I would suggest that you try to arrange to chat with an agent instead of trying to connect via telephone. It's usually easier to arrange a chat.

    Hello QSK637,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

I understand that you have confusion when trying to contact Microsoft support. That's very understandable and believe me you're not alone. I am here to help you out.

As your concerns, yes, Microsoft does offer a “Call me back” option for support, but it depends on the product and your region. Here’s how you can request a call from Microsoft for Microsoft 365, Office, Excel, or Windows (Home users):

    1. Go to Microsoft Support Visit https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft Account Use the account linked to your Microsoft 365 or Office subscription.
    3. Select Your Product
      • Choose Microsoft 365 and Office → Excel (or Windows if that’s your issue).
      • For home users, select For home.
    4. Describe Your Issue Type a short description like “Excel crashing on Windows 11” or “Activation problem”.
    5. Choose Contact Method
      • Microsoft will show options like Chat, Call me back, or Schedule a call.
      • If “Call me back” is available, enter your phone number and preferred time.
    6. Confirm and Wait for the Call Microsoft usually calls within the selected time frame. The call is free.

Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

I hope this helps in your situation. Feel free to let me know if you have another update.

    Sincerely,
