    Hello,

Thank you for posting question on Microsoft Windows Forum.

Based on your query of linking your phone to business computer for transferring YouTube to business computer.

The following are some suggested methods you can try.

    1.Using Standard Web Browser.

    • On your Business Computer: Open your browser (Chrome or Edge) and go to youtube.com.
    • Then click "Sign In" at the top right and log in with the same Google account you use on your phone.
    • User's image
    • All your subscriptions, playlists, and history will sync automatically.

    2.Send to Your Devices.

    • Ensure you are signed into Chrome on both devices with the same account.
    • On Your Phone:
      • Open the video in the Chrome app (not the YouTube app).
      • Tap the Share icon (or the three dots menu > Share).
      • Select "Send to your devices."
      • Tap the name of your business computer.
    • On Your Computer: A notification will pop up (usually in the bottom right or top right). Click Open to load the video immediately.

    3.Using Phone Link App.

    • On Your Computer: Search for the app "Phone Link" (it is pre-installed on most Windows PCs) and open it.
    • On Your Phone:
      • If Using Android: Swipe down your quick settings panel and look for "Link to Windows" or download the app from the Play Store.
      • If Using iPhone: Download the "Link to Windows" app from the App Store.
    • Connect: Follow the on-screen prompts to pair the devices (usually via QR code).
    • Once linked, you can view your phone's recent browser tabs in the Phone Link app on your PC.

Hope the above information is helpful! If it is. Free feel to hit "Accepted" for benefitting others in community having the same issue too.

To link your phone to your business computer and transfer content such as YouTube videos, you can use the Phone Link app, which allows seamless integration between your Android device and Windows PC. Here are the steps to set it up:

    1. Install Phone Link: Ensure that the Phone Link app is installed on your Windows PC. You can find it in the Microsoft Store if it's not already installed.
    2. Set Up Link to Windows on Your Phone: On your Android phone, install the "Link to Windows" app if it’s not already available. This app is typically pre-installed on supported devices.
    3. Connect Your Devices: Open the Phone Link app on your PC and follow the on-screen instructions to link your phone. You may need to scan a QR code displayed on your PC using your phone.
    4. Transfer Content: Once connected, you can share recent tasks, including links to YouTube videos, documents, and more, from your phone to your PC. The content will be accessible in the Phone Link app interface on your computer.
    5. Access YouTube on PC: If you want to transfer a YouTube video link, simply copy the link on your phone, and it should sync to your PC where you can open it in a web browser.

Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network for the best performance. If you encounter any issues, ensure that both apps are updated to the latest version.
