Good morning Madhan,
WSRA failure on Server 2022 typically stems from the Remote Assistance service being disabled, firewall blocks, or Group Policy restrictions. You then need to verify whether the Remote Assistance service is set to Automatic and started. Check Windows Firewall for allowed rules on Remote Assistance. Also, ensure the Remote Assistance feature is installed via Server Manager. Group Policy must permit solicited remote assistance; review Computer Configuration under Administrative Templates for System/Remote Assistance settings. If those issues still persist, examine Event Viewer logs under Applications and Services Logs for Remote Assistance errors.
I hope you are clear with the information. Should you have any more questions, feel free to leave a message. It's really appreciated of you to accept the answer to help build the community by sharing your experience with the issue. Thanks!
