Hello, I need help with a BitLocker recovery key.
My PC is asking for a BitLocker recovery key, but I cannot sign in to my Microsoft account (******@miyawaki-kogyo.co.jp), so I cannot access the key.
I know the password for this account, but I still cannot access it.
Here is the information I have:

Therefore, the password itself is not the issue. If this is a work account, you will need to contact your IT administrator, as only the admin can retrieve the BitLocker recovery key for your device in Azure AD and reset your MFA settings so that you can successfully sign in again.
