First time trying to login to Teams for my work account, but keep getting this error.

    Hi Roberto Ramos, first, the error “Access denied for the resource” with a Correlation ID usually means your account doesn’t have the right permissions or the sign-in process is blocked by conditional access policies. Second, confirm you’re using the correct work account and not a personal Microsoft account, then clear your browser or app cache and try signing in again. Third, check with your IT admin to ensure your account is licensed for Teams and that there are no restrictions like MFA or device compliance blocking access. Last, if you’re on a managed device, make sure it’s enrolled and compliant with your organization’s policies; otherwise, try logging in via Teams Web to verify if the issue is app-specific. If the problem persists, share the Correlation ID and timestamp with your admin they can trace the error in Azure AD logs.
