I am using windows
joining teams camera is on but other meeting participants cant see me how do I fix this

I join a meeting my camera is on but others cannot see me, Have checked all the teams and laptop camera settings inc privacy settings all are set as correct but still others cannot see me.
Please help to resolve this issue
