    Hello @Sandeep Ja

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

To help me assist you better, could you please confirm the following details:

    1. Are you using OneNote and noticing that Copilot365 is not showing in your old notes?

If not, please let me know which Microsoft 365 product you're having trouble with. You can also send me a screenshot (with any personal info removed) to help me understand the issue more clearly.

If yes, please continue with the questions below.

    2. When you say, “it shows this only,” might I ask if you want to share us a screenshot?

You can kindly describe what you're seeing or share a screenshot of the issue, including any error messages you’ve encountered.

    3. What device are you using to access your notes?

(e.g., Windows laptop, Mac, tablet, mobile phone)

    4. Is this issue also happening with your OneNote Online version OneNote?

    5. Does this issue only affect your old notes, or are new notes also impacted?

You can try creating a new note to see if there is the "Copilot ribbon" at the "Home" tag in your OneNote

    6. Have you updated your OneNote?

Navigate to File -> Account -> Update Options -> Update Now.

Please make sure it’s updated to the latest version from Microsoft 365.

    7. Where are your notes stored?

Are they saved in OneDrive, SharePoint, or locally on your device?

    8. Is Copilot365 working properly in other Microsoft 365 apps like Word or Excel?

This helps determine if the issue is specific to OneNote.

Besides, I would provide some Microsoft Official Article related to your issue, please take a look to prefer and follow their detailed guidance and information:
