"Reply" option on MS Teams no longer visible

I’d like to reassure you that your Microsoft Teams and device are functioning normally. The change you’re noticing is due to a recent update to Microsoft Teams, which has modified how the “Reply” option appears in certain views, especially in channel conversations. 

Currently, to reply in Microsoft Teams chat, you can use the option Reply with quote as shown in your attached. 

After clicked on the reply with quote, the reply message will be shown as below:
