    Dear @lakshman prabhu k,

Good day! Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description:

You are encountering the error AADSTS90023: An error occurred while processing incoming message when attempting to switch organizations within the Microsoft Teams mobile application. Notably, this functionality continues to operate normally on your laptop. Below is an explanation of the error and recommended steps to resolve it:

    1. Clear Cache and Reinstall the App

    • Go to your phone’s settings → AppsMicrosoft TeamsStorageClear Cache and Clear Data (Offload if you are using iPhone)
    • Uninstall and reinstall the Teams app.

This resolves corrupted local data that may be interfering with authentication

    2. Check Guest Organization Access

    • On your laptop, go to Teams → Settings → Accounts and Orgs.
    • Confirm that the organization you're trying to switch to is listed and accessible.
    • On mobile, this list may not fully sync. If you only see one org, it could be a sync issue

    3. Verify Conditional Access Policies

    • If your organization enforces Conditional Access (CA) policies, especially MFA or device compliance, these may block access on mobile.
    • Mobile apps sometimes fail to meet compliance checks that desktop apps pass

    4. Update Microsoft Authenticator

    • Ensure your Microsoft Authenticator app is up to date. Some users reported that switching orgs started working again after an update

    5. Try Switching via Web or Desktop

    • If mobile switching fails, try switching organizations via the Teams desktop app or browser. This helps confirm whether the issue is mobile-specific

If you're an admin or can contact one:

    • Check Azure AD logs for malformed requests.
    • Ensure the app registration for Teams is correctly configured.
    • Review CA policies for mobile device compatibility.
