I am wanting to subscribe to upgrade to Premiums Team subscription but only gives a monthly billing option. Is there a way to purchase for annual of $204 one time as opposed to being billded $17 monthly?

To cancel your existing subscription:

Step 1: Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Once canceled, you can repurchase the subscription and select yearly billing during checkout

Very difficult to find anyone to help me with my Teams question directly. You all won't post phone numbers for customer service, which would really help. I did submit an email support request, but haven't heard back. I wish your customer service was better. I did decide to purchase the subscription for 1 month. However, the not at top still says I only have 3 days left on my subscription so unclear if the purchase went into effect. Although I did get a receipt and it shows up on my account subscription.
