To help me understand the situation better, could you share when you started seeing the error messages when distributing pages within Class Notebook in a Teams folder? Today, our community also received some reports about issues with Notebook, which may be due to a system error.
As forum moderators we are unable to access the detailed logs or backend systems required for effective troubleshooting due to privacy and security constraints. Please get in touch with your office 365 global administrators to raise the ticket within Microsoft 365 Admin https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests
