I can't view the notes from my Samsung note app in OneNote.

I have Samsung note app on my tablet and I want to view them on my Mac using OneNote. I have used the "Sync to Microsoft OneNote" option and synced all the notes. There is no "feed" option on the application on Mac so I used the browser version. But I don't see my notes. How do I solve this?

    I apologize for the experience you have had with this issue. Kindly try the following suggestions to resolve:

    1. Make Sure Samsung Notes Are Properly Synced 
      • On your Samsung tablet: Open Samsung Notes > Tap the menu (☰) > Settings 
      • Choose Sync to Microsoft OneNote > Choose Get started and sign in with your Microsoft account 
      • Choose the folders you want to sync (usually "All notes" or "Folders") > Done 
      • Tap Sync now to force a manual sync 
    2. Use the Web Version of OneNote: Since the OneNote Mac app does not support the "Feed" view, you won’t see Samsung Notes there. 
    3. Check the Feed in OneNote Web 
      • Go to https://www.onenote.com/hrd and sign in with the same Microsoft account
      • Open any notebook
      • Click the Feed icon in the top-right corner
      • If needed, sign in again
      • Use the filter icon to show only Samsung Notes
