How can I log into the administrative account if I cannot get past the 2 step verification?

I am the admin for our business account, however am not able to log in any further. the password says it is incorrect, and when I click on 'forgot password', it goes to a 2 step verification. I did get code via email, however the phone number on the file is no longer active (I no longer have that number). Please advise what I can do. I need to log in to the Admin center

    May I know if there is any other Global Administrator in your Microsoft 365 Business environment?
