It's been saying this on OneNote when I try to get my notebooks:

Sorry, we can't get your notebooks right now. Please try again later. Reference number: ad1c3c04-4b78-412d-abf6-27d6c5e9d2c3

    To assist you better, could you please confirm the following so I can understand your issue more clearly: 

    • Is the issue occurring in OneNote on the Web, the desktop app, or both?
    • If you are using the app, what is the current version of OneNote that is installed?
    • When did the issue start, and does it affect all notebooks, specific notebooks, or even notebooks that were just recently created?
    • There is one more possibility to consider — please check your OneNote to see if the notebook might have been deleted. If it has, kindly raise a support ticket so we can coordinate with the back-end team to investigate and resolve the issue for you.

    You can raise a support ticket from Microsoft 365 admin center.
