To assist you better, could you please confirm the following so I can understand your issue more clearly:
- Is the issue occurring in OneNote on the Web, the desktop app, or both?
- If you are using the app, what is the current version of OneNote that is installed?
- When did the issue start, and does it affect all notebooks, specific notebooks, or even notebooks that were just recently created?
- There is one more possibility to consider — please check your OneNote to see if the notebook might have been deleted. If it has, kindly raise a support ticket so we can coordinate with the back-end team to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
