I am using the Reading Progress Learning Accelerator, and I have encountered an issue with some students. It incorrectly identified the last word read for the student. It jumped 20 or so words ahead, causing all the words in between to be marked as committed. Can I change the last word read to fix this?

    Dear Gary,

I did a test and it seems that the feature works smoothly at our side.

I'd like you to check whether the issue happens in the Teams desktop client or Teams Web App.

If you are using Teams Web App, to confirm whether it is a temporary issue in your environment, I suggest you clear the browser cache, close the browser and then sign into Teams Web App with your account to see whether the issue disappears in your environment.

If you are using the Teams desktop client, I suggest you follow the steps in Clear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn to clear the application cache and then do a test to see and let us know the outcome.

If the issue persists after trying the suggestions, it should be an issue in the tool in your tenant.

As it is an independent module in Teams and we have a specific support channel helping you on the related issues and questions, I suggest you post a new thread on Office 365 Training - Microsoft Q&A for further help.

    Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
