If you are still experiencing this issue on the web browser, It seems to MS Team personal life account you use is experiencing an intermittent issue.
However, I do believe this issue needs to be investigated furthermore by the MS Team engineering team so they can determine the best next steps for this particular issue.
I highly suggest you report this issue, If this is a bug normally they will release fixes but as a community advisor, I can't guarantee that for you since I don't work for Microsoft.
