Hello, so I've been earning points for a week now to redeem a roblox gift card and today i tried to redeem it but it said to put my phone number in and so i did but it said "that verification method isn't working right now." so i tried again multiple times and it was still the same, i then tried putting a different phone number (a family member's phone number) and it was still the same.
How do i fix this? and would i need to wait for 24-48 hours before trying again?
