How can I get my stolen account back?

First off, I'd like to say this post is made from a seperate email from the one being compromised.
So approximately an hour ago I received an email saying my account password has been changed.
So I did the only reasonable thing and tried restoring said password, but it claims my accountname isnt what it should be, so using the helper is displays a completetly different emailaddress from what it should be.
Now Im unable to either change password, or even log into said account.
But Im still able to recieve verification emails to my email so far, but none that actually help me restore the account.

Im still logged into that account onto my PC because thats the account I use for my windows, but if I cannot access that account, then will I no longer be able to log into my PC at all?
I need to get help restoring that account, but using the helpers doesnt do anything since they all require me to either log in, or enter the email address which it seems the hacker has changed already.

I've tried following another post I saw which shows first using the helper, which didnt work followed by using the account recovery form at "account.live.com/acsr", but it wont work since the main accounts email has been changed and it doesnt recognize it as a proper email adress anymore.

The last resort that the post I found mentions contacting microsoft support, but HOW do I do that?
Everywhere I go Im lead in a circle that always leads back to the automated helper which has proven useless in my assistance.
Even calling the support just gives me an automated message refering to said helper.

Surely with proof that Im logged in to said account on my PC since yesterday, that I've used said account within a month to log into is enough proof that Iam using and the owner of said account, and that changing the password, username and potentially the email itself within 30 minutes is highly suspicious.

I've gotten into contact with Microsofts internal team and they're supposedly working on it now.
Given them more information, but thanks for the respone.

My Microsoft account has been compromised without my permission.

The primary email address associated with my account was changed to an email address that I do not own, and the country/region was also changed. As a result, I am no longer able to receive the security verification code.
