Dear Mohammed Azmatullah,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the installation of apps in Microsoft Teams and the need to enter administrator credentials. During the installation of any app that requires elevated permissions, the system prompts for administrator credentials through the standard Windows User Account Control (UAC) dialog. At that point, the administrator username and password must be entered to proceed. If the account currently signed in does not have administrative rights, credentials from an account with those rights are required. For Teams-specific apps, installation may also require approval from the Teams administrator within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. In such cases, the app request is submitted, and the administrator must grant consent before the app becomes available.
