This Aspect refers to events pertaining to the ability of the user to connect to the display of the virtual machine over the remote desktop protocol (RDP).

Resolve

Please delete stale or invalid certificates. Then, either obtain a CA-signed certificate or (if you want a self-signed certificate) restart the VMMS service.

Verify

The virtual machine is able to start successfully and the user is able to view and interact with the virtual machine display.
