You can use this procedure to view information about the Telnet sessions currently active on your Telnet server.
Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure.
To display information about the current Telnet sessions
At a command prompt, type the following, and then press ENTER:
tlntadmn [\\server] -s
Parameters

The name of the computer running Telnet Server that you want to query. If this parameter is not present, then the command queries the Telnet Server service installed on the local computer. |

Specifies that you want to see information about the current Telnet sessions. |

Additional considerations
Tlntadmn.exe must be run at a command prompt that was opened by using the Run as administrator option. If you do not run it at an elevated command prompt, you receive an Access is denied message.
The Tlntadmn.exe tool is installed with Telnet Server, so might not be present on a computer that does not have Telnet Server installed.
