Device Manager displays the following message in the Device Properties dialog box, on the General tab, in the Device Status text box:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Diagnosis
The device failed to start.
Resolution
Try any of the following to resolve the problem:
Click Update Driver to update the drivers for this device.
Run an automated troubleshooting service from the Microsoft Support Web site (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=192795).
Contact the device manufacturer’s technical support for further assistance.
