Sets property-value pair to non-versioned artifact

Parameters

• artifactSpec
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Client.ArtifactSpec

  a user defined friendly name

• propertyName
  Type: System.String

  a property name

  the value to bind to the property
