  Type: System.String

  The token that is associated with the AccessControlList to query.

• descriptor
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Client.IdentityDescriptor

  The identity descriptor for which to query permissions.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
The effective allowed permissions for the specified identity descriptor.
