String.iter Function (F#)

Applies a specified function to each character in a string.

Parameters

• action
  Type: char -> unit

  The function to be applied to each character of the string.

• str
  Type: string

  The input string.

Remarks

This function is named Iterate in compiled assemblies. If you are accessing the function from a language other than F#, or through reflection, use this name.
