• logger
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsOutputWindowPane

  The logger. Pass in the IVsOutputWindowPane interface.

• dwFlags
  Type: UInt32

  The flags.

• target
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsProjectTargetChange

  The target.

• szProjectBackupLoaction
  Type: String

  The backup location.
