Creates a TFS application group.

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  If null or empty, the group will be created at the server scope; or the group will be created at the scope per this parameter.

• projectUri
  Type: System.String

  The group name.

• groupName
  Type: System.String

  The description. Can be null.

• groupDescription
  Type: System.String

  Can group can contain groups from different scope? (for example project groups can only contain project groups from same project.)

• scopeLocal
  Type: System.Boolean

  The restricted visibility.

• hasRestrictedVisibility
  Type: System.Boolean

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Server.Core.TeamFoundationIdentity
IdentityDescriptor for the created group.
