	GetDefaultSourceProvider	This extension method for IBuildDefinition retuns the first source provider for the definition. If no source provider is listed, an empty TFVC provider is returned.
	HasFlag(BuildReason, BuildReason)
	HasFlag(DefinitionTriggerType, DefinitionTriggerType)
