Ensures that given descriptor is not a member of specified TFS Group.

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  The TFS group SID.

• groupDescriptor
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.Identity.IdentityDescriptor

  The member.

• descriptor
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.Identity.IdentityDescriptor
