Initializes a new VssClientCredentials instance with the specified windows credential and default issued token credential.

Parameters

• windowsCredential
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.Common.WindowsCredential

  The windows credential to use for authentication.

• promptType
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.Common.CredentialPromptType

  CredentialPromptType.PromptIfNeeded if interactive prompts are allowed, otherwise CredentialProptType.DoNotPrompt.
