Parameters

• bytesReceived
  Type: System.Int64

  The number of bytes received before the event was fired.

• totalBytesToReceive
  Type: System.Int64

  The total number of bytes to receive.

• progressPercentage
  Type: System.Int32

  The percentage of bytes received.

• userState
  Type: System.Object

  An object that contains user state information.
