Parameters

• context
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.Execution.DataCollectionContext

  The DataCollectionContext in which the message is sent.

• text
  Type: String

  The error text. Cannot be nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
