Parameters

• testElement
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.Common.ITestElement

  The test element that describes which adapter to load. 

• testContext
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.Execution.ITestContext

  The context for the adapter.
