Registers the symbolic navigation notify implementation in the project.

  [in] Pointer to an IVsSymbolicNavigationNotify handler.

• pdwCookie

  [out] Abstract handle to be used later to unregister this implementation.

Return Value

Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
