Parameters

• dataReader
  Type: System.Data.IDataReader

  IDataReader object containing the data result set, plus schema.

• command
  Type: System.Data.IDbCommand

  IDbCommand object encapsulating the command executed against the data source, which allows the implementation of the Terminate method to call Cancel on the command.
