Creates a TFS application group.

Parameters

• projectUri
  Type: System.String

  If null or empty, the group will be created at the server scope; or the group will be created at the project scope per this parameter.

• groupName
  Type: System.String

  Must be unique within its scope.

• groupDescription
  Type: System.String

  Can be null.

Return Value

Type: System.String
A unique identifier (SID) for the created group
