Parameters

• id
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.Common.TestId

  A TestId for the test.

• name
  Type: String

  The name of this test element.

• description
  Type: String

  The description of this test element.

• storage
  Type: String

  The relative path of the folder where associated files are stored on the server.
