The LaunchUriOrFileAction behavior makes it easy to open a website or start an application when the behavior is triggered.
To add a LaunchUriOrFileAction
In the Assets panel, click Behaviors, and then drag LaunchUriOrFileAction onto the artboard and drop it onto the object that you want to apply the action to. The Common Properties category appears in the Properties panel.

In the Common Properties category, in the Path box, type the path of the website or the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the location, file, or application that you want to open.
