Gets the time of the last change.

Parameters

• pFileTime
  Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop.FILETIME[]
  [out] Time change occurred. For more information see FILETIME.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
