IVsTextManager.GetMarkerTypeCount Method

Returns the number of registered marker types within all buffers associated with the core text editor.

Parameters

• piMarkerTypeCount
  Type: System.Int32%
  [out] Pointer to a count of the marker types.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Externally registered marker types can change the count of marker types for the editor.
