Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	At least one parameter is null.
ArgumentException	The work item ID and revision arrays in batchReadParameters do not have equal lengths.
DuplicateBatchReadParameterException	At least one work item ID occurs more than one time in the array in the batchReadParameters parameter.
