AffectedTeamProjects.Update Method (IEnumerable<PendingChange>)

Updates the set of affected team projects that is based on the specified array of pending changes.

  PendingChanges that are used to determine the team projects that are affected.

True if the set of affected team projects has changed; otherwise, false.
