Queues a job that will be executed later.

Parameters

• jobId
  Type: System.Guid
  The Guid object that represents the job ID of the job to queue.

• maxDelaySeconds
  Type: System.Int32
  The maximum number of seconds to wait before executing the job.

The number of jobs that were queued.
