Removes a Rule definition from the project.

Parameters

• bstrRuleFilePath
  Type: System.String
  The path of an XML file that contains a rule. The path can be a full path or one that is relative to the project.

Type: System.Boolean
true if the operation succeeds; otherwise, false.
