WritableSettingsStore.SetMemoryStream Method

Updates the value of the specified property to the bits of the MemoryStream while setting its data type to [!:SettingsType.Binary].

Parameters

• collectionPath
  Type: System.String
  Path of the collection of the property.

• propertyName
  Type: System.String
  Name of the property.

• value
  Type: System.IO.MemoryStream
  MemoryStream to set the bits of the property.

Exceptions

Remarks

If the previous data type of the property is different, it overwrites it.

If the property does not exist, it creates one.
