Erstellt eine neue Variable mit dem angegebenen Namen, dem angegebenen Typ und der angegebenen Veränderlichkeit.

Parameter

• name
  Typ: string

  Der deklarierte Name der Variablen.

• typ
  Typ: Type

  Der Typ, der der Variablen zugeordnet ist.

• isMutable
  Typ: bool

  Gibt an, ob die Variable einen änderbaren Speicherort darstellt. Der Standardwert ist false.

Rückgabewert

Die erstellte Variable.
