Initializes the value of a specified connection property.

Parameters

  • key
    Type: System.String
    The name of a property being initialized.
  • value
    Type: System.Object
    The value to which the property is initialized.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

The key parameter is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

This method is normally called only by the InitializeValues(IDictionary) method.
