IVsDataExplorerNode.IsPlaced Property

Gets a value indicating whether the current node has been inserted into the Server Explorer tree.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if node is placed; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Creating a node and inserting the new node in Server Explorer are two separate method calls from IVsDataViewHierarchy. So a node could be created but not yet present in Server Explorer.
